So, I got a mail from the guys over at Mozzarella Recordings and Young NRG Productions that included some nice tracks from the up and coming Italian electro dj Funkabit. Cardigan with the remixes won’t be released until may 14th. Until then we’ll have to settle for them in 128 kbit/s.

Cardigan (Original Mix) “A strong Funk feeling with acid lines and cut up vocals are the main ingredients of this new tasty recipe.” Heavy electro track, that would definitely get me dancing!

Cardigan (Amari RMX) “A cheeky baby that makes us jump back to the late 80’s with brass melodies, strings’ pads and depitched vocals.” Sounds like a old school house track with major electronic segments. The blend of new and old gets along like a stripper and her pole.

Cardigan (Calcutta Bubbles) “Calcutta Bubbles are probably the youngest parents in the electro-funk scene they added an epic, latin cut to.” This track is for you guys that doesn’t hates any thing less than the freakiest. A bit to deep for my likings but still a nice remix.

Cardigan (French Buffalo RMX) “French as usual likes to get his hands dirty and the throbbing bass rmx is the result.” This i my favorite! A mix between Steve Angello and the Chemical Brothers. If this doesn’t make Baltimore dance, nothing will!
